01 · Get going / Salesforce source
Working with Salesforce has never been so easy.
Filter Salesforce changes by who changed them and when. Inspect the exact metadata, compare local source with the org, then retrieve one file, a folder, or a hand-picked set. The New File menu keeps Apex and Salesforce metadata creation in that same working context.

02 · Stay in flow / GitHub delivery
The pull request belongs beside the code.
Open or create the pull request, request your team lead's review, and choose the Apex tests and pre- or post-deployment scripts the change needs—all from Visual Studio Code. GitHub remains the record. You stay in flow.

03 · Fix the real failure / Salesforce evidence
Salesforce failed. Now you can see why.
Missing Link Tab opens the exact tested merge behind the run, paints covered and uncovered executable lines on the file, and keeps failed methods, coverage, duration, and Salesforce messages together. All within your Visual Studio Code.

04 · Stop babysitting releases / Skyler
The work moves when the gates are met.
Environment setup defines the route. When checks and required QA or product approvals land, Skyler prepares the next promotion. Start a release to close the milestone, freeze completed membership, and assemble one downstream release pull request from the exact parked revisions—original commits intact. While scope is open, remove a pull request from the release and Skyler reconstructs the scope safely.

A few more details
Before we get started.
What is the difference between Core and Business?
+
Core provides the everyday workflow for managing, validating and deploying Salesforce changes through GitHub. Business adds support for multiple repositories, advanced delivery controls, a larger onboarding package, monthly guidance and a two-support-hour initial-response commitment.
How many repositories are included?
+
Core includes one repository. Business includes multiple repositories, with the covered repositories agreed for your organization before onboarding.
Your onboarding scope identifies the repositories, Salesforce environments and delivery routes covered by the service. If your setup needs a different arrangement, discuss it with us.
What are Business’s advanced delivery controls?
+
Business includes release coordination, approval routing, PMD code analysis, hotfix workflows, rollback and environment-refresh recovery. During onboarding, we agree which supported controls fit your delivery process and guide your team through their configuration and use.
Is Agent Bridge included?
+
Agent Bridge is included in every plan. Connect your supported AI assistant to Cresting Clouds workflows using your plan’s capabilities and permissions. You bring your own AI client and provider account; any AI subscription or usage charges are handled directly by your provider.
Business-only operations still require Business.
How do I request support?
+
Start a conversation in your designated Discord support space. We discuss and triage the issue with you.
When a case needs formal tracking, we create the ticket and send an acknowledgement email. You can continue the conversation in Discord without repeating your request by email.
What does the two-hour Business support commitment mean?
+
Business customers receive a substantive initial response within two support hours of reporting an issue in the designated Discord support conversation.
Support hours are Monday–Friday, 08:00–22:00 Uruguay time (UTC−3). The clock pauses outside that window. For example, a request received Friday at 21:30 has an initial-response deadline of Monday at 09:30.
The response identifies the next step or information needed. An automated acknowledgement does not count. This is an initial-response commitment; resolution time is not guaranteed.
Core includes asynchronous product support without a fixed response deadline.
What does onboarding include?
+
Core includes two guided sessions covering the agreed repository and environment route, product configuration and a first non-production validation/deployment walkthrough.
Business includes four guided sessions covering the agreed repository/environment setup, selected Business controls and applicable release or recovery walkthroughs.
Before starting, we agree on prerequisites, responsibilities and session outcomes. Each session lasts up to 60 minutes.
How do scheduled sessions work?
+
Arrange sessions through Discord at a mutually agreed time. Please give 24 hours’ notice when rescheduling; late changes and exceptions are handled individually.
Business includes one guidance session per month. Unused monthly sessions do not accumulate automatically. If Cresting Clouds postpones a session, it remains available to reschedule.
Does Cresting Clouds customize or implement Salesforce for us?
+
Cresting Clouds provides delivery tooling, guided product setup and product support. Your development team owns Salesforce customization, application code, business integrations and migrations.
We help your team configure and use Cresting Clouds, interpret delivery failures and investigate product issues. Your developers implement changes to your Salesforce application. Cresting Clouds does not provide Salesforce implementation services.
